Legal advice
USEJ members have access to legal consultations organized by Union Syndicale Bruxelles.
The process is as follows:
- A USEJ member approaches the Executive Committee asking for a legal consultation.
- USEJ writes to the Secretary General of USB requesting legal advice. USEJ bears the cost of the initial consultation, namely 75 €.
- USEJ will organize a 45 min consultation either on-site, or remotely (by phone, skype etc.). Relevant documents may be submitted in advance.
- USEJ will remain entirely in charge of any follow-up – pre-litigation assistance or recourse. They may – in cases of major trade union interest, apply to the USF for support.
