Update on EC composition and on USEJ activities

A/ UPDATE ON THE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE COMPOSITION:

The Executive Committee regretfully accepts Anzhel Sarkisyan’s resignation from her role in the Committee and thanks her for all the work and support provided during the last years.

Due to her resignation, a vote of confidence for the remaining members of the EC will be called soon for the EC member.

B/ UPDATE ON USEJ ACTIVITIES

Completed activities

Activity Status
The newly elected Executive Committee (EC) will set out a road map in the near future based on the previous activities and the newly adopted Resolution during the Congress in Bratislava on EU agencies. The EC has adopted the Road Map for Agencies.
The EC is planning to meet every two weeks   The EC is regularly discussing and reviewing topics of interest/individual cases.
Present the new EC to Union Syndicale Federale Jakov presented the new EC and appointed Anne-Gaëlle as alternate to the Federal Committee
Set up internal Whatsapp group for ease of communication Done
Participation of members of the EC to the Staff Committee elections in October Lucia Conti has been elected as full member of the Staff Committee.
